मै कहता हूँ की लब आज़ाद हैं मेरे ( I reiterate my Right of free speech)

The very latest blow on Government’s wit and understanding appeared hollow, when Maharashtra Government arrested two girls on their post on Facebook. Shaheen Dhada, was arrested yesterday after she posted comments on Facebook opposing the shutdown. She allegedly said that one should not observe bandh for Thackeray's funeral. "We should remember Bhagat Singh and Sukhdev," the post said. Dhada's friend Renu was arrested for 'liking' the post.
"Police arrested both of them under section 505(2) (statements creating or promoting enmity, hatred or ill-will between classes). As far as I understand this post, It is just a questioning on Bandh’s Logic not creating or promoting any enmity, haters or ill-will between classes.

Just few days back similar event happened when cartoonist Aseem trivedi was arrested under sedation charges. He aptly sketches cartoons which send a message about loot of our motherland.

I am not questioning about, how old these laws are? Or are these laws appropriate even in today’s time? What I doubt is intention or will behind these actions .Either people sitting in offices cannot differentiate what is hatred argument or sedative act or they are motivated /pushed to do so.

On one side there are ridiculous discussion and counter arguments been headlines for couple of days about Ms Sunanda Pushkar . Somebody says Mr. Tharoor should be minister of love affairs. Counter arguments somebody find that a Lady is Wife of Mr Modi and blaw blaw blaw .........Is this is not a disrespect of two female just for your cheap argument winning tactic? It seems a group of lads is taking on lady gang cheaply by words. In this argument the law would not have flouted but intentions clearly have been.

When Raj thakerey abuses hindi media, disrespect hindi lingua people, north Indian then Maharashtra Government had been mum Ironical . Is there anything left where politicians just for the sake of their benefit or next election dream haven’t compromised with dignity or abuse of power?

Attempt to restrict freedom on social networking and internet has been much talked and worried issue in recent past.

Current development shows someday we will turn in to democratic Taliban or Lybia or Myaamaar. Either speaks well about System or we won’t let you speak. Once Ms. Indira Gandhi said “The power to question is the basis of all human progress.”
We are not politician, we are common man. We won’t get all access of our rights till we don’t push ourselves to it . The law of land is if you don’t have facility and access to basic rights then have enough guts to seek your rights or don’t even think of freedom. I am rephrasing the words of Bal Gangadhar tilak “In democracy asking question is my bright right “.
