YES JUSTICE KABIR THIS IS A NOT UNICQUE RAPE CASE !

16^th December 2012 , a date which most of the Indian remember with Damini/ Nirbhaya .Before 2012 we remember this date as Victory day but now it’s a day of shame for the men in the Indian society law and order situation , our justice system and society perception . Whole India burnt in the anger of the heinous crime. India witnessed agitation across the country .Young , Old male , female student professional every one sleeved up solders to make it a call . The echo of this case was sound profoundly in the political corridors , our news paper , TV channel , Social media was filled with the conviction to make it happen . This was neither 1^st rape in India nor last.

                                                                         Couple of months later Honorable Chief Justice Of India Altamash Kabir threw a burning question  and food for thought to all sects of society and democracy .He gave a statement on women’s day "What happened on December 16 in Delhi was sad and bad and something extraordinary, but at the same time not unique. This was made into a kind of an iconic situation,"

       A mix response came on this statement but he is so right in his statement . This was neither 1^st rape in India nor last. The very same week of protest witnessed rape in MP , but that news didn’t get the attention . The girl and girl’s family was left humiliated without support . The news was just covered in the sake of covering inside his news paper 5 or 6 lines only .News channel just run it in the strap at bottom only .

Damini rape case when accused turn out to be from Bihar then  Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar and  Finance Minister Sushel Kumar Modi gave their remarks that accident was sad and disturbing .Nitish babu where was this sensibility of yours when a women raped in Mujjaffarpur district Sakra Block  Mandai Village a Women Sakali Devi ( Name changed ) being raped in front of her husband . 7-8 people overpower her husband  raped her , bitten her whole body by teeth , her private parts were damaged with stone , mud . By the time her husband with help of some other people let her to be attended in Hospital She was dead .This whole incident was covered by formality and hiding the truth by manipulating police FIR and postmortem report .

Nitish Babu who was this woman of Mujjafarpur why was she raped ?
She was an activist trying to raise Voice in corruption of MNREGA and PDS . She was opposing the liquor shops in village . She was only guilty of standing for what is right ? You haven’t talked about this Nitish  babu ?

Mohan Bhagwat is that remote Village is part of India or Bharat ? I do not find any differnce in India and Bharat but if there are any and you say the metro cities are obecessed with western culture are witnessing rapes more than Bharat .

In 2011 Madhya Pradesh has reported the highest number of rape cases (1,262) followed by Uttar Pradesh (1,088) and Maharashtra (818).Madhya pradesh is very replica of your defined India . 3 days back a minor girl raped by 2 boys in Shahdol district not very far from your powerful camp of Jabalpur District .

Let’s have a look on the statistics of National Crime Records Bureau for rape cases

Govt is yet to release the data for 2012 but it is very obvious that it will go again high . In 2013 only delhi has witnessed 393 reported cases in 3 months . We cannot even imagine the unreported cases .2011 24,206 rape that means 2.76 rapes per hour that means in every 20 minute there is girl being raped somewhere in India .

Yet our so called leader and screw leader we are not very shame full about such acts . people so casually make the remarks about the girl’s dress . They should wear Indian ethnic dress these western dresses provoking rape .

The Picture above gives detailed of rape cases State Wise . Those so called contractor of Indian Sanskrit ,where women wear western outfit in central India , eastern part and southern part . he women being raped in remote villages of MP, UP, Bihar and other stated not in so called metro cities are not wearing western out fits .

The innocent minor girls do they also wearing the provoking clothes and they provoked some moron to rape them . They don’t even know the meaning of such words.

Even when they are wearing western outfit and some moron justify this is the reason for rape because their dress provoked you . These are the people who are still in the mindset of men dominated society they feel offended when any girl wear such modern dress . they call it uncivilized because these girls gone beyond the boundaries designed by some morons and challenged them by disobeying their unstated but imposed dress code .

I am putting these statistics  and counter argument to make a point on relevancy of Justice kabir’s statement . Yes Honorable Justice this is not unique case In India very 20 minute a women being raped and unheard un supported . The inhumane barbaric society makes the living after more dreadful.

Yes Justice this is the truth of a society of numb and petrified Indians . The numb masses still looking for the answer of the question that the hope generated from the Tsunami of anger in the corridor of India Gate , raj path and Parliament may solve the issue of Unheard molested women and their families  . The hope generated from damini in delhi , will ever reach to sakli Devi  in Mujjaffarpur .The support and strength of damini will ever extend to the women of remote villages and backward district .
