Winters a very auspicious and awaited season in northern
part of the country especially winters in Delhi. Probably Govt. Was celebrating
Vijay Divas ( 16th dec ). Delhites were busy in planning for their
Christmas and New Year parties. Winter in Delhi is too ecstatic and the
beginning of winter is too beautiful to resist. The falling fog from sky, its
fresh smell. covered leg in rajayi , supporting your back at the wall at side
of cozy and warm bed holding tea cup with both palm and sipping tea while fog
and chilly breeze blowing outside window .
The most shocking of human barbarism in society by the society happened.
Mayans were probably right ; we got it wrong world virtually ends when humanity
is dead .News that shook every nook and corner of the country a 23 year old
girl gang raped in Delhi. Mix reaction started flowing out; Whole country is
behind her we are angry against the system that is castrated. At 8 PM in the
capital of the country a metro city this heinous act happened. Life of girl and
her family changed for forever without any fault. It’s not the system failed
just at that moment it’s a series of failures. Where are the traffic police?
How a BUS with black film at the window glass cans is travelling and so many
question but question is rather different.
These rapist murderer
of humanity are not one who have an access to power corridors, they are just
common people. How they dare to do this? I am not saying that people associated
with power corridors doing this are right but even these people don’t have a
fear of law in mind.
The much hue and cry about the capital punishment, castrate them, Hang them in public are popping from crowd. They have to come, we are angry. We just can not let this happen every now and then at some part of country . If people are protesting they you made them to do so . Protesting location became like a cantonment, where were the policeman at that time? Protestors are asking for hanging these 6 people .What is more important than punishing these 6 is to make a strong law . We have done this in case of dowry, in case of ragging. Just a decade back newspaper showing news of dowry murder every day as now it is showing rape news. Do we still get the dowry exploitation case?.....rarely and if news came out then we also see the grooms family is behind the bars. There are cases of abuse of this law also but there is no system to fix the intention. Initially there is argument similarly for dowry act and anti raging act that people do this are not human, they are not sensible. What this law will do? We have seen what these laws have done? Dowry is not completely eliminated but the exploitation for dowry is brought down significantly.

Its high time Government has to react on this. It’s the question on the purpose and right to live with dignity? If don’t have a right to live with dignity what we will do of better Infrastructure or 8% GDP or what-ever economic jargons you guys love to use . It’s an issue need to deal with prior emergency and sensitivity. Country needs a string law and special mechanism to deal with such a heinous crime. Law to punish rapist should be similar as Dowry act or anti raging act. When a girl can mention and identify the criminals and medical reports confirming it what else is required to bring them under book .The very day when we will start witnessing that some rapist is hanged or given life time sentence. When we will see such news on news channel then change can be foreseen. It will not bring the changes as it is passed but it surely will. It might take time but very day when the message of conviction and punishment of these murderer of humanity will go as sound and clear a sin dowry act and in anti raging act. We don’t realize the harshness of punishment when we sat it in news channel or read in news, we realize it in crystal clear way when somebody from our very society booked under these law: the humility that they have to bear and the social consequences their family have to live with.
It’s not about only these 6 it should be about the law to do justice with this girl and ensure the justice for future too. A law and mechanism supported by the action of our judiciary and executive bodies to inculcate the feeling of security and trust in Indian constitution and system and proved by the results.
